By accessing Lituus Studio (lituus.studio), including the Studio, Consulting, and Labs pages, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes means you accept them.

Use of AI in the Contact Flow

Our guided contact flow uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to help draft a personalised email based on the information you provide. By using the guided contact flow, you acknowledge that:

• Your responses (role, sector, organisation details, and notes) are sent to an AI service to generate a draft email.
• This data is processed transiently — it is not stored by the AI provider.
• You can review and edit the draft before sending. Nothing is sent to Louis without your explicit action.
• The AI-generated draft is a suggestion. You are responsible for the content of any message you choose to send.

Content Ownership

All content on Lituus Studio — including text, design, branding, and interactive elements — is owned by Lituus Studio unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content to train AI models without explicit written permission.

Acceptable Use

When using Lituus Studio, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content.
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious data through forms.
• Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with the site’s operation.

Consulting Services

The information on our Consulting page describes our services in general terms. It does not constitute an offer or contract. Any consulting engagement will be subject to a separate agreement.
