• Contact form: your name, email address, company name, and message. If you use the guided contact flow, we also collect your role, sector, organisation name, AI maturity level, and any notes you share.

Information collected automatically

• Error data: our error monitoring service (Sentry) may capture technical details such as error messages, stack traces, and browser information to help us fix issues. This does not include personally identifiable information.

What we don’t collect

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms. We do not track your browsing behaviour across pages.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiries: when you use the contact form, your message is emailed to us so we can reply.
• To draft responses: if you use the guided contact flow, your answers are processed by an AI service (Anthropic Claude) to generate a natural email draft. This data is processed transiently and not stored by the AI provider.
• To fix errors: error monitoring helps us identify and resolve technical issues.

Third-Party Services

We share your information with the following services, only as needed to operate the site:

• Resend — email delivery. Receives your email address and name to deliver contact form notifications and confirmations.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing. Your guided contact form responses may be processed to help draft a natural reply. This data is processed transiently and not stored.
• Sentry — error monitoring. May receive technical error data when issues occur.
• Vercel — website hosting. Serves the application and processes requests.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are delivered to us via email. We do not store contact form data in a database beyond what is needed to send the email.

If you believe we hold data you’d like deleted, contact us and we’ll action it promptly.

Your Rights

You have the right to:
